What is CrossFit
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that consists of a mix of gymnastics, Olympic-style weightlifting, running, rowing, and powerlifting.
The aim of this strength and conditioning program is to build a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. CrossFit is made for everyone and anyone, regardless of age, gender, size or fitness level. This makes CrossFit the perfect programme for all dedicated individuals, from beginners to advanced athletes.
CrossFit is a whole rounded fitness that is noticeable, measurable and repeatable.
To be fully fit, you must have control over the following ten categories of fitness: Cardiovascular/ Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility/ Mobility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Most importantly CrossFit is a community where friendship develop as well as fitness... You will be motivated, challenged and encouraged, ensuring consistency and impressive results.
Whether it’s your first time walking into our CrossFit classes or your thousandth, you are walking into and becoming a part of a community that is supportive, uplifting, and inspiring.
