Keith has been part of The Unit gym since its opening and progressed into a Crossfit coach having completed his L1 Crossfit course. From Claregalway himself and a member of the local GAA football club, fitness has always been a big part of his life.
The diversity of his training started at an early age from competing in martial arts until University having achieved gold when participating in the u20 all Ireland's in karate to strong participation in GAA and soccer. He also coached the local GAA minor football team for 3 years reaching a county and league final.
His background has lead to his competence in training as a team or as an individual and is also reflected in his coaching abilities from 1 to 1 or to a group.
Aga is a qualified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Advisor with certifications in Gym Instruction, Indoor Cycling, Aerobics&Step and Circuit Training. Bodybuilding contest competitor herself, she loves to share her passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle with you.
She knows how determination and commitment can change people's lives forever. Her focus is to help people reach their full potential both in terms of mind and body.

Stephen is from Westport in Co.Mayo. A number of years ago Stephen made a decision to change his lifestyle and begin his fitness journey. It was one of the best decisions he has made and for him, the natural transition was to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Stephen has competed in physique competitions and he now plans on competing in a wbff competition in the UK next year. Stephen is a qualified fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. He is also a soon to be certified Nutritional advisor.
Stephen is excited to train all types of clients here at The Unit from fat loss, muscle building, toning up and powerlifting targets. He is enthusiastic about all types of training and is constantly studying to expand his knowledge which he passes onto his clients.
Natalia graduated from the University of Poland with a Master’s degree in Physical Education, specialising in Sport and Recreation Management, Health Education, Physiotherapy and Sports Nutrition.
From an early age, she has been passionate about sport and fitness. For Natalia it isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life. She started swimming at the age of 4 and went on to swim at a national level during high school, as well as representing Poland in kayak polo. Her enthusiasm and energy for fitness were further fuelled during her time in university and she went on to become a confident Personal Trainer, commitedFitness Instructor and Swimming Teacher.
Natalia is committed to health and fitness and has spent the last few years preparing and participating in triathlons, as well as cycling/running many of the highest mountain peaks in Ireland.
Natalia believes that hard work and good fun is the only way to success and her motto is “Everything is in the head, the body will do what the heart and soul tell it to”.
Natalia will train a number of classes at the Unit including HIT and her passion Pilates.
Kasia is a keen fitness, health and wellbeing enthusiast. She is a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher, Massage Instructor, Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutritionist. At Kasia's Pilates class she works on strength, mobility and movement.
The important principals of Pilates are consistent with an exercise program that promotes back strength.In particular, learning awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment.
Her Pilates program also teaches awareness of movement habits, improves strength, flexibility and suppleness of the muscles of the hip and shoulder girdle. Kasia blends Pilates, corrective exercise and sensory feedback methods. Kasia's class helps you stay injury free while improving strength, mobility, coordination and overall well-being.
